Adams County: woman's skeleton was bound by rope

The last time friends and family of Leonila Tara Cortez-Rodriguez saw her was at Gigi's bar in Denver in the early morning hours of Aug. 21, 1996. She was in the passenger seat of a car with a man that close friend of hers didn’t recognize.
